trying to find filter for avcr, and failed sensor.

I'm trying to find the little inline filter for the pressure sensor of the AVCR. Apexi claimed they do not sell this part separately.

Also I recently found out my pressure sensor failed. It was giving me 0 volts back. I unplugged the harness and read the voltage coming to the device and it was a solid 5 volts. I found a buddy that had one installed on his car with a working sensor. Pulled it out and put it in my car and worked like a champ. I am unsure what caused mine to fail. It was working for a couple days. This was how ever bought second hand. For fairly cheap, so I am not surprised. But if any of you know where to buy one that would be nice to know.

I called Apexi USA up and they gave me the part number. But would not let me order it. 499_X002 is the part number. They said I need to get a hold of a authorized dealer.

Do any of you think that the sensor could of failed because the lack of a filter?
