Basically i am asking, if i were to have a 80mm system from downpipe to the catback, what would changing the catback to 90mm add to the flow? If the 90mm helps with the flow giving considerable spool then I won't mind the extra noise.

I don't think you'd gain anything for power, but you'd gain noise. I only see a gain in power if you went full 90mm from the turbo back.

It uses a bracket (that has the hangers on it) that you slip onto the canister.

Heat treat it with a torch and yes you can do it to stainless...

Would any torch work what about those small torches you get at Walmart? Any certain way to do it. Don't want to make my exhaust look like an *** can. thanks.

my mistake, it was R-MAGIC who made a titanium midpipe, i believe its $500 from japan parts.
