Trouble Off The Line
WHEN I TAKE OFF THE LINE MY WHEELS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE JUMPING UP AND DOWN REALY FAST. IM PRETTY SURE IT IS THE TOE LINKS BECAUSE THEY HAVE SOME PLAY AND IT MAKES SENSE THAT THEY WOULD JUMP IF MY ALIGNMENT WAS OF. ALSO I CAN HEAR A SMAL CLUNK FROM THEM WHEN I STOP OR BANG A GEAR. I ALSO NOTICED TIRE WEAR ON THE OUTSIDE EDGES OF MY REAR TIRE'S AND THAT INDICATES THAT MY ALIGNMENT IS BAD. I CHECKED MY REAR AND ONLY NOTCIED A LITTLE PLAY WHEN I TWIST MY TOE LINKS. ANY OTHER THOUGHTS WOULD HELP.

Many different symptoms there.
Taking off and experiencing "wheel hop" is a common problem with the stock toe links. M2 sells replacements that reduce this. note: this is very bad for rear diff, do not do it unless you plan to buy another one real soon.
"Clunk" from rear suspension are the bushings in the suspension, common problem among FD's. The M2 toe links replace some of the bushings that go clunk, but there are 6 total i think that can cause the problem. Do a search for "rear suspension bushing*" That should get you info on where to buy new ones, and how to install them.
Alignment problem is just that; an alignment problem.
