trouble keeping engine running while cold

PLEASE someone help me with this problem...

i have new spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, and fuel pump, but for some reason i start my car up when she's been sitting for a while and cold, and she's hard to keep running... she starts up but can't hold an idle... i have to continue to keep starting up and keep giving gas to keep the idle up from dieing out... but after about 2 mins of good gas giving, the car is somewhat warm and can hold an idle.... but it has a high idle of 1200 and drops to about 700 ... this continues till its fully warm and then holds a regular idle of around 500 .... if i shut it off and start it back up it's fine... but if i just let it sit for a while and get cold , well... you know ... just refer back to the beginning of this paragraph....

if anyone has any ideas PLS PLS feel free to let me know... let me email if you want also.... mreedy02@hotmail.com

thanks
