trouble at 4500rpm....

my car begins to stutter at about the 4500rpm mark, now thats the transition from primamry to secondary turbo so I'm thinkin theres a problem there. But tonight I went for a drive and managed to get it up to about 140kmh in 4th and I get a fuel cut??? so now I'm thinking its a fuel problem. maybe not enough fuel under high boost?? I'm running PFC so now I'm thinking why am I thinking at all? shouldnt the PFC take care of this bit?

what is the fuel cut set at in the pfc? you could just be spiking to it at the transition and at the high rpms in 4th.
