Instructions for filling are on page J6 of your green manual.

Make sure you pull the FILL plug out first. It would suck to pull out the drain plug and drain the case only to find out that you can't get the fill plug out when it comes time to fill it back up.

i pulled the fill plug first then both plugs on the bottom. I believe the FSM said to pull both plugs. I think the reason is because there is 2 sumps that the oil can sit down in.

That was for a manual. You didnt specify if it was manual or auto though

When will newbs learn to download/buy and read the manuals for their cars.
This is the starting point for learning and self actuation.

Is 'self actuation' moral?

+1. I wish I did this.

My fill plug is completely seized and it's partially stripped. Anyone know the size of the Torx plug that sits higher up and closer to the front of the manual tranny? I haven't tried removing that plug yet.

I don't believe that has anything to do with fluids. Can't remember for sure, but I'm thinking it might secure an internal part of the transmission, so be careful.
