k, so i got the flywheel and clutch changed,now im trying to get the tans back in and it will not line up correctly and just slide in. it goes about 1/2 way in and then it wont go in any further. any ideas or tips plz. i tried jacking up the front of the engine and it didnt help any.

 

I don't remember the name but there's round spring type ring around the opening of the clutch. You have to pull that out in order for the shaft of the trans to go in all the way.
