TPS and warm up idle cam deletion

Question: If this part is deleted/bypassed on my throttle body... do i still need to warm up my engine before adjusting the TPS?

If the hot wax rod/fast idle cam assembly is removed, the throttle will always stay fully closed.
Thus the TPS voltage will be the same as if the engine was warmed up fully.

Thus the answer is no to your question.
