TPS screw not screwed all the way down, see the screw is sticking up quite a bit

TPS screw not screwed all the way down, see the screw is sticking up quite a bit. Hey guys i noticed that my TPS screw is sticking up quite a bit, its not screwed all the way down, is this a concern in regards of my idle problem i am experiencing? I have a thread up in here regarding my current idle problem. I was wondering where i can tighten my Throttle Cable from? apparently if its not tight enough when you rev the engine up and the idle comes down it dips below 1000, to the point it wants to die. Now if i turn on the AC for the fan mod i have done, i dont experience this problem. The other question is, does anybody have a pic to show where the dashpot is located?

I think what you are referring to TPS screw is the idle adjust screw. The dashpot looks similar to a vaccuum actuator and is located to the right of where the throttle cable connects to the throttle body. You will see a small piece of plastic coming out of it that prevents the throttle from snapping back to fully closed quickly. If you push in on it with your finger you will feel it is dampened.

Not to be rude here, but you seem to not have much experience with how things work on the FD. Do you have anybody that can help just check it out? Dont want to fiddle with something and make it worse than it already is.
