TPS adjustment question.

Im following:
http://www.scuderiaciriani.com/rx7/TPS_adjustment.html

here is my problem, through the green wire (3F) im only reading .01 at any throttle level and .02 on the black wire (3G) at any throttle level. What am i doing wrong? Not fully making the connection with the wire? Ive tried using for grounds, the strut tower bolt, UIM, ground point for UIM should I be grounding to something else?

any help would be appreciated. Don't link to the Damian thread and say use the search function like all the other threads on TPS's that come up using search.

So you are reading my old document for adjustings the TPS before the Apexi PFC came out and made it easy.

When you insert the safety pin in between the wire and rubber shield, you have to make sure that it goes all the way in and hits the metal connector inside.

Just try it and wiggle the pin around. Either you are not makng contact, you meter is bad, or your TPS is bad.

And a good ground can be found in your diagnostics box.
