Are the Touring and R1 hatches interchangeable other than the wiper ?

My Touring has a sunroof and the donor R1 does NOT.

I'm ok with the missing wiper, but need to know if an R1 hatch will work on my Touring with a sunroof.

It will fit. The R1 hatch has more HP, so drive carefully

 

also, dont forget the formula style wing on that hatch to counter-act the earths gravity, amplifying the precession of the moons orbit thus giving your wheels more rotating mass making you go much faster!
