On Page R12 there are the torque specs for the upper control arm, 44-54 Ft Lbs
On page R19 there are the torque specs for the lower control arm, 69-86 Ft Lbs
The Tech Manual is very handy to have around, I have a copy saved at work and on both my laptop and pc. You can find it at the top of the main 3rd gen forum.
