Kevin Wyum had the 4.50 gears custom made.

 

Knight Sports (Japan) seem to have a decent selection as well up to 4.77's

 

Is there anything I should get in addition to the Ring& Pinion if I elect to go with the 4.33?

Or do they just drop right in?

 

get all new bearings and a new crush washer.

..also, better order them from Mazda wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy in advance of the time that you're goiing to need them. I had to wait almost 4 weeks for mine....maybe it had to do with the fact that they sent me the wrong thing 3 times !! .. I don't believe they stock them in the local dealers.. somewhere out in a wharehouse in the middle of the desert outside of Navada or something ..where there's probably only a security guy and a guard dog...

 

i was told that the kaaz lsd will help stay in a staight line, but others tell me its just stronger than stock. Has this helped anybody with traction and help them go instraight???
