tightening e-brake?

does anyone know how to tighten the e-brake on the fd. When i pull the e-brake on my fd i have to yank on it till it is all the way up for it to stop, and even then i cannot lock up the wheels, it just feels like it is not grabbing like it should. I have new calipers and brake pads so it cant be that. I have tried tightening it in the center console but that only made the distance you have to pull it shorter it didnt make the braking more sensitive. I also jacked it up and saw that there is nuts on the cable right by the caliper, i wasnt sure if these are what tightened the brake because they were loose and just spun when i tightened those. I had it checked out by a mechanic and he didn't know how to do it which i was very surpised at. Does anyone have any input??

Per FSM, it's inside under the e-shift boot with a adjusting nut. Check it out on P-33.

yea i already tried that....all that did was shorten the length you have to pull it....it doesnt make the brake itself more sensitive

It's not an emergency brake. It's a parking brake. It's not meant to slow the car down considerably.

You gotta think there is no hydraulic assist when you pull on it, you're just pulling a cable.

rollnate....i have somethings to add...your ebrake is adjusted fine. you are using your e-brake for drifting. It is fine the way it is for that purpose. IPS motorsports didnt adjust your e-brake, because it didnt need it.
