Throttle body polishing question
I'm getting my throttle body polished. Do I need to take everything off of it?
If so how woud I go about doing this? Is it hard to take off or put back on? Looks like alot fo springs and stuff that may be a bitch to get back on.

Yes take it apart to do a good job. Garfinkle s son is polishing and Gar takes them apart for his son. He puts each part on a wire in order to make it easy to reassemble. he removes the lower water nipple and the hot wax rod and covers the hole with a plate ect.

I tried taking it apart and ending up buying another used one. I feel that i'm pretty good at anything dealing with cars but i'm not sure if my thing were mixed up or what but i just gave up on putting it back together. But if you go for it, good luck.
