Throttle body Hesitation??

Throttle body Hesitation??
I notice in the FD throttle body that The secondary Butterflies "lag" and That is causing a Problem with my FC engine(yes FC.)
It seems when I am at Idle,as soon as I punch it,it will BOG,then Catch.
If I have it above the 'lag point" it will smoothly accelerate and Run Fine.
The Throttle body To me,just has a "dead spot on it" and I can't ge around it..It make the car Sputter then take off like Bejesus.adjusting Tps to no avail..tried 3 of them.(so it is not TPS related..I think).
Any suggestions??.I am planning on Just saying Fugg it and going back to the TII Upper and the TII Throttle body.
