These damn noises...someone help...

first noise

1) i get this god damn clunking whenever i put the car in first or change gears and accelerate...i get clunking while reversing...it's suspension related...it's really annoying

2) rattling sound at 2k and less rpm while in 2nd and 3rd gear...could it be a loose heat shield by the pre cat (which wont be there much longer)?

3) the ever popular 2nd gear crunch...i put in redline tranny fluid and it still does this ****...it's worse when cold, better when warm...but still not perfect

can somebody diagnose these problems...as they are really annoying...and can someone give me a ball park figure on replacing the f'd up parts?

the first problem clunking when changing gears, i think it might be differntial bushing? i get a really loud clunk when i shift to 2nd gear, from what i read that is a symptom of dead differential bushing.

Could be the bushing. Could also be a motor , tranny, or diff mount. That would cause the driveline to be out of alignment essentially. I have that problem now with a mount. Clunkc when I put it in gear and release the clutch. Also when I let go of the throttle and decelerate it clunks a bit more, as well as a small shift.
