I was testing my TB by putting hot water through it. I got thermowax extend by 4mm or so total. It should completely close throttle when in operating temperature and I can only get it to spec by screwing adjusting bolt all the way in. It looks like wax rod does not extend as much as needed.

Does anybody know how far it should extend?
