Are there any other options other than running OEM injectors in the stock rails other than running bored out 1300cc`s

There are a few side feed injectors (sard, denso) on rhdJapan.com but do any of these actually work with the stock rails

 

As far as I know only stock and enlarged stock injectors. Bitz and and Sard sell some but they are rebadged oem units. If you are set on keeping the stock rail you best bet is to purchase NEW oem units and have them modded.

 

No. The FD uses high resistance injectors that usually don't come in large sizes even for top feed injectors...

Some newer Subaru high resistance side feed injectors flow about 800cc but the FD would probably need the fuel rails modified. It does look like the Subaru injectors atomize better and might be a good mod for a modified FD primary rail...

Theres some nippondenso 1300cc secondary injectors that fit in the stock rail.

those are oem cosmo injectors and are also found on other oem vehicles. will also have to modify fitment to oem rail.
