are there any differences between 93 and 94 interior pieces???

my friend is currently in the process of re piecing the interior of his 93 rx and found someone who has a full 94 interior, my question is are they the same, and are they compatible between the two years, any one who can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks alot,

Same. There was early-model cracking/peeling of the black heater and console bezels on the '93's and they were subject to a recall. Everything is swappable.

The 94's were of better quality especially the passenger door handle and the drivers door handle. Mazda they are about 400 bucks a pop brand new. I need em and thats a lot of money for stock parts.

the cluster,IP and center consoles pieces are visually different. the 94s have a slightly pitted surface. same goes with the door handles. the climate control and the speedometer are also visually different, with more hatches on the 93s.

I have a question... is the ash tray on the 94s textured like the panels? I have a 94 and the ash tray has a very smooth texture (like the 93 panels) and does not really match. I am wondering if maybe the previous owner switched it for a 93. Anybody know about this?
