symtoms are.

5psi of pressure loss during 24 hours.
bubbles in the filler neck big and samlls all kinda of bubbles.
once in a while coolent light comes on.
When light comes on stock gauge hit H mark.
but aftermarket gauge shows no thing.
water running sound at the dash when start up.
water boilling sound after shut off.
coolant over flows some times.

Ok but I don't have problem with starting or white smoke.
all the hoses are new.

That might just be a coolant problem...

Check your hoses, caps, AST and radiator before you settle on the dreaded o-ring failure.

If no other causes, it's time for you to do a blockweld or to get another engine. My engine started with the same symptoms and then the add coolant light on every time.

I block welded it 3 times and now it's running great. No more add coolant light. Going on 6 months and 2500 miles since the block welds.

seems like your engine is okay. no white sweet smelling smoke, most likely, means that your coolant seal is okay. I'd probably say you need to burp your system, check all your hoses and see if there are any leaks. Taking the upper intake manfold off might be a pain but it might be just one little hose that is causing the lost of psi.
As far as the difference in the reading your aftermarket termp. guage, check to see all your wire connections.

check all the gaskets and hoses, i doubt your engine is at fault here, you probally just have a coolant leak like the rest of us.
