I put them on about a couple of months back, still with the stock shocks. They lower the car a lot, as seen in the picture below. The spring rates are definitely stiffer than stock, you are going to feel the difference. They seem to keep me from bottoming over regular road imperfections even with a passenger.
I feel the need to upgrade the shocks soon, as they feel insufficient against the higher rebound rates of these springs.
If you like your car low, these will work for you.

nice, so they do fit my 93 rx-7 turbo, and im guessing the "none turbo" is a typo from tein that the seller copied info from, i do like it low, would u have switched to another spring if u had a choice? are there springs that get lower than this? also how neccessary is it to get realigned, seems like 1-1.4 inches isnt that big of a deal, 2 inches and more yeah then i see a cause to go for a realignment, am i out of line here?

Any height adjustment and you should have the car realigned.
IMO, for the money the RSR Race springs are the best buy. However, whether you go for Tein S-Tech's or the RSR Race springs, both of them are fairly stronger than the stock springs. I would recommend replacing the stock shocks at the same time with something like the Koni's or Tokico's.
