does anyone know what spring rate the Tein HA coilovers come with?

 

i believe it is around 550/450 from last time i looked at them. they're in my friends car and i can tell you unless you like a stiff ride, you don't want them for bad roads or too much street driving. but on smooth roads and racing they're great.
