teck edge WB question

Hello kinda hoping someone here can help me out.. I just installed the Tech Edge wide band.. Now Im trying ( without much luck ) in getting the it to monitor the RPMs. In truth I have not idea where to tap. I also got the traction control system and need this info for that as well.. Hope someone here will be able to help me out..

you can pick up an rpm signal in the diagnostic box on driver side front near battery at terminal IG-
if near the ECU and using that location, if memory serves, its a yellow wire w/ blue tracer (Y/L)

wow Im confused now... was lookin in the 95 wiring diagram book and it looks like the ywllow/blue wire goes to the A/c controls.. Also in looking it looks like the AT wiring system has a RPM ( its on page z-74 ) Y/L (what the hell color is L)
