Hi i have taken the door cards and centre console apart in my gen 3 but i cant get the console out with the guages in or the stereo and heater surround its doing my head in because i have taken all the bolts out i can see.
does anyone know know how or have any pictures thanks.

 

You have to remove the gauge cluster to access two screws holding the radio panel in place.

 

cheers mate but do you know how to get the guage cluster off.

 

Two screws on the botton side of the gauge cluster hold the gauge cluster in. You'll just need pull the gauge cluster forcefully forward.

 

ok cheers do i need to take the steering wheel surround off then.

 

Yep........ take a look around, you'll see what you need to take off. It's no big deal.

 

be careful.. keep listening to lupe, and you may just end up leaving all those pieces out... they're too heavy anyways.
