remembering guys , I already have 99spec tail lights( so I suppose it was a little silly of me to put the top pic in )
The idea is to come up with something different.
Maybe if people want to put up some pics of different tail light designs( even from other sports cars) there might be something cool ideas out there I cane apply to these.

I don't think 2nd and 3rd option is possible.
I've done many lights and 2nd and 3rd isn't possible because of the spacing. What you need to do is disassemble the lights and acturally trying those patterns. Draw them on the inner lense itself.

here is the 2nd one that I have already done in the past and it worked fine.
( see pic 1 and 2)
I know what you mean though, with disassembling the lights, but I aint gonna do it that way.
What I'm gonna do is actually hole-saw the pattern into the plastic covers, carbon fibre vinyl film them and bring the yellow and red lenses to the back ( inside ) of the plastic cover so they are recessed.
Sorta like pic 3.
