Hello guys happy new year to evrybody.
My Mazda Rx7 is of 1993 hand has no center tail stop light. but have the predisposition, so i bought the harness with the bulb i mount and..Dosen't work because even if there are the place to put the lamp the glass is not trasparent.
Should i replace it with a stock one?
What about the tail light kit that you may find on the ebay?? are of good quality?? or after one year became rusty???

s6 fds center tailight piece does not have a light in it. and to my knowledge no fd had a light there....
the ebay lights are fine. just a little tacky. plastic doesnt rust

 

Sorry, many fd has the stop light on the rear center. also called brake light, when you brake the lights come on.
Now, my lights come on but the center piece is all black is not trasparent (clear)

 

what year is your fd?
when i got my 99 spec tailights from japan, they came with a center piece that was identical to the center piece of my 94' canadian model fd. no light

 

Should be able to find one in the 3rd gen for sale section. I know the American cars have them and shipping shouldn't be too bad.
