tach and coolant problem

so yesterday my tach stopped working, and my "add coolant" alarm keeps going off, i dont need coolant and my temp is fine i'm dont know where to start for both of these problems.

not only that but my car seems a lot louder than it was yesterday, and it seems like its running way harder, wondering if i'm boost spiking i dont see how though.

let me know if you guys can think of anything

your tach just "stopped working"?

I know it's not uncommon in FDs, I don't know what the fix would be besides buying a new tach, which is what I did.
