Injectors:
Size out the fuel requirements based on the horsepower you'd like to make. I think a few websites like Summit or RX7.com may have a fuel calculator.

Wastegate:
Make sure it has a good spring and outlet size.
You might get some boost spikes if you use a 7psi spring to regulate 14psi.

Fuel pump:
Fuel pump sizing would go with injector sizing as well.
A supra fuel pump should more than sufficient for 400 horses.
I'd suggest a nice fuel pressure regulator. You'll need to find a good pressure for your tuning.

Exhaust manifold:
You'll just need a manifold (cast iron or what not) to mount the turbo and have it fit in your car.

Oil routing:
Make sure you have some nice oil drain hose/pipe.
I used a -12 on my FC. A -8 killed my previous T04B CHRA. My recommendation is at least -10 size or above.
Are you using a stock Oil Pressure regulator? You may need to tap the oil feed line and put a small jet in place to limit some of the oil feed.

ECU!!!!!!!
You need a brain to run all those goodies.
I highly suggest a Haltech E6K or something equivalent (Motec, AEM, TEC).
I've only used the Haltech and I can't speak for the other vendors. It looks like the PFC limits your adjustment capabilities.

You may also want to invest in a wideband lambda meter. It's good for tuning and saves $$$ in the long run (compared to dyno tuning).
I got a UEGO set-up for about $1k. The O2 sensor may have a couple of hundred hours of life (costs about $300 to replace). The controller that warms the sensor up and displays the A/F ratio is the bulk of the price.
I've seen some DYIers post some cheaper alternatives.
