Symptoms of a bad turbo?

Okay, so I'm just wondering what are the symptoms of a bad turbo? The reason I ask is because my car is not performaing like it used too...the power isn't nearly as strong and noticeable....especially when the secondary come on line.....

My boost pattern is crazy as well, 8-10-14....

I guess what I'm trying to ask is, if I'm getting 14psi at full boost, can there still be a proble somewhere? I know people usually post turbo problems because they aren't getting enough boost...but what if you are getting boost? Could one of turbo's be bad but I can still get 14psi?

Or could I have bad compression? What should I look at?

bluish smoke on start up is a sign of leaking oil from turbos. check your exhaust and see if thats the problem
