Question SX fpr install

For those of you that have installed your own SX fuel pressure ragulators, where did you start the adjustments screw for the FD?
I just don't want to have it too low that it won't start, or too high and break something. I have a fuel press. gauge on it so I can see what it is at.
What would be a good pressure to run on a pretty much stock 93?

TIA
Tim

If you turn the key to the on position it will primer the fuel system and your gauge will show the pressure

and 40 psi

Yup. Just turn the key on and jump the pump on at the diagnostic box and you can adjust from there and not have to worry. If you're standing over the box on the driver side its the 3rd and 5th pins from the right.

Thanks guys,
I just wasn't sure where to start and I didn't know if someone had some hints or tricks to begin with. I'll start some where in the middle and go from there. I'll also probably just start with the pressure from the shop manual and go from there.
Any more suggestions?
