Question Sweeky sounds from trunk

I asked that question too many FD owners and nobody could give me a good answer.

How to we get rid of the hatchback-trunk annoying sweeky sounds when driving !!?

It's a disgrace for that car, I feel like driving a Lada with poor finition !

Can we add rubbers or something ?
Help !!

Carl

You adjust the latch on the inside of the hatch. Open the hatch, take the plastic cover that is covering the latch off. There will be two bolts; I think they are 10mm, loosen them and push the latch all the way down. Tighten the bolts and but the plastic cover back on. Now you will have to close the hatch a little harder but that should get ride of your sqweek.

i have fixed 5 or 6 including mine. you need to replace the rear hatch hinges with mazda parts. it is the only way to get rid of the noise.
