Subframe Torn?

Ive had this car for 2k miles and this **** happens. My subframe or at least what I suspect it to be looks broken help me out and tell me what this is, I first noticed that the clutch engagement moved back about two inches on the pedal, and I was looking for a hydraluic leak and saw this and theres a cracking noise turning right

What did you hit? That is not your sub frame, and non of the problems you mentioned have any thing to do with the damage there. Its sheilding for your fuel lines.

Sub Frame failure is very uncommon in these cars, its not a E36 BMW for pete's sakes.

Ive never been in an accident I remember scraping pretty bad this morning that was probly it, is this a very serious problem? I dont understand the clutch thought it happed 3/4 through a 20 minute drive
