Stupid @%^*%!(!^** Fuse Box!!!

This is the fuse box that connects to the + terminal on the battery.
So the main fuse blew and I had to replace it w/ another one. Autozone does not sell a 120 amp fuse, so I had to get one from the dealer. $6!!! But those guys at the parts department know me cuz I go there so much and they gave it to me for free.
So you have to take 2 bolts off the fuse box to take out the old fuse. One bolt one each side. Then put in the new one and screw the bolts back on. Simple enough.
I put the new fuse on and tried to screw the bolts on. The bolt on the right side goes on fine. The one on the left side would not screw in!!! I keep turning and turning and get nothing. I take a look in the hole and it's not threaded!!! WTF??!!!
How the hell is a bolt supposed to screw on if the hole is not threaded??! God dammit!!!!
The thing is, there is this cable w/ a flat end w/ holes in it. You gotta attach that to the fuse box w/ the bolts on the left side. If that does not touch the fuse box, car no turn on.
So I ended up putting the flat end of the cable thing onto where it's supposed to go. Then I used electrical tape and taped around the fuse box to keep that thing on.
The car seems fine and drives fine. But then it started acty wacko. I would here noise through the speakers. It gets louder as I accelerate. The radio would turn on and off when I move or stop.
If I turn off the car, there would be no power afterwards. No radio, no lights, no fans. I would have to go and wiggle the fuse box around a bit to make the flat cable thing touch the box again to get power.
ARG I HATE THIS ****??!!

Sorry for the long read. Just letting off some steam.
Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

I kinda got lost right past the unthreaded hole part...but I am thinking that there might have been a nut on the other side of the unthreaded hole...maybe when you unscrewed it the nut just fell down somewhere...Sounds to me like a ground wire or something...may want to work on screwing it back into place...

I dont think that there is another nut. It don't see space or a hole for it to fall anywhere if it where there.
God damn I'm pissed. I'm gonna have to find a way to keep it on now. Maybe some type of clip or something.
I'll see if I can take pics later so you guys know what the hell I'm talking about.

Yeah, you can't easily get a 120 amp. I put in a 100 and have been doing fine...hasn't blown ever.

I know about how hard it is to find a 120. After working my *** off by replacing my engine, putting in my single, doing the injectors and all that good stuff I was ready to fire my car up. But the 120 fuse blew or it was damaged. So the only place in my town to get parts is Napa. Of course it took them two days to get the damn fuse. It was the longest two days of my life.
