Angry Stumble with gas. feels blown but idles fine. Buzz from IACV but new does same?

I tested the resistance of the old IACV and it was 11.5 but there was a disc that fell out of it before. There is a loud buzzing noise with the engine off but key in. So I ordered a new one from Mazdacomp (received next morning). Resistance was the same. Only noticable difference is white discs instead of black. I install it and correct the idle and it sounds fine. Step on the gas and there is a long delay. If I step too hard it stumbles and dies. Suppodsedly my last tuner said he was going to correct that even though i've never noticed it or had a problem with that before. I know the wire harness plugs are keyed and color coded and there is a possibilty of mixing two or three of them but I don't remember the IACV being one of them.

AWS and double throttle are blocked off and not being used.

Well, still can't get an appt with Mazdatrix. Can't get squeezed in early with XS Engineering. So here are my new plugs (9's) after a few hundred miles after retune from Neptunespeed.
