Studdering, 3k RPM hesitation and power FC

I just got a power FC finally! Right off the bat it fixed a couple of problems. This thread is basically for people that when they do a search about studdering and 3k rpm hesitation a possible solution will pop right up.

My car with a stock ECU used to studder (not fuel cut) if my boost ever reached 10.5 psi and it happened at around 5.5K and 6.5K RPM. I thought it was an ignition problem or a grounding problem so I kept my boost just a hair below 10. It also had the infamous 3k hesitation at cold.

Anyway got the Powr FC installed and as expected the 3k hesitation went away. During my tuning session the boost was turned up and the car performed fine. No studdering what-so-ever. I was not expecting that, so that was cool. Don't really know what the problem could have been but it's fixed now.

I'm still conservative my high boost is 12 psi. Injectors duty cycle is at 70%

Mild Streetport
M2 CAI
PFS SMIC

Resonated MP
Magnaflow muffler
Walboro high flow fuel pump
non-sequential twins
Greddy Profec B spec II set @ 12 psi
Power FC

Next mod 1600 cc injectors and fuel rail for added safety. Maybe 14 psi..

How does the Profec B spec II run with the Power FC? I know there is a boost controller on the PFC as well. Do they clash at all with holding boost?

It works just fine.

In order to be able to control the boost via the Power FC you have to buy an additional boost control kit. So without it that feature never even comes into play.
