Strange strange things are happening. Is my PFC bad?

I was driving home tuning my car and just after writing to the map, did a pull and noticed the boost only went up to 10lbs. I let out the clutch and the car started cycling up to 4Krpm and back down to 1K constantly. I then noticed that my laptop and comander had both locked up. I was close to home, so I made it there, turned it off and started it back up. It imediatly went to 4K for a few seconds, then started cycling again. You can hold your foot on the gas and get it to act normal above 4K, but if you slowly back off the gas, as soon as it get to 4K it shuts the injectors off till it gets to 1K or so. I tried initializing the PFC, checked all the sensors, disconnected the battery and resetting the ECU, reloaded several different maps. It didn't change anything. Anyone have any input into this?
