So this sound has been going for the longest time now but today it really irritated me after I tried starting my car after driving it(which it drove real nice) but the power to the car shut off when I hit the ignition on part before starting the car. So I had to pop the hood and pull off the negative cable and put it back on to get power back and the car fired up and then the coolant light/beep went on so I turned the car off and checked for anything and didn't see anything.

So I start the car again and no beeps or anything. Just the sound that seems to come from the ABS unit area near the turbos. It sounds like bearings spinning around and only happens at certain times. If I put the car in reverse it will sound off or usually between 2k-3k in 2nd gear...can anyone tell me what this sound is and anything else I mentioned...this is just a few of my problems.

 

It's your ABS. After you hear the sound (with the car shut off) pull the fuse and see if that makes the sound go away. Search "anti-lock brakes" for more info. It seems to be a somewhat common problem, and I guess a few people have just disconnected the system altogether.

 

So does this mean the ABS is bad or is it nothing to worry about?
