Strange Fuel Pressure problem with Aeromotive FPR

Hey Guys

Got a very strange problem that i can't seam to figure out of. Im working on a freinds car and his fuel pressure is strange.

When i set the fuel pressure when the car is running without the vacume hose connected is et it to 2.8bar(42 psi) base pressure. Then i connect the vacume hose and the fuel pressure drops acording to vacum. Wich is about 0.4-0.5(6-7.5 PSI)bar. The strange this is if i try to rev the car the fuel pressure stays still. If i drive it on the road the fuel pressure stays still no matter what the vacume is on the car when driving. So at 42 psi base fuel pressure that drops to about 35 psi it stays at 35 psi no matter what vacume i got.

I tried disconnecting the hose and it goes back up to 42 psi without the vacume hose connected. Then i tried sucking on it and it dropped the fuel pressure. I also connected air pressure on it and regulated the pressure out to 15 psi and the fuel pressure increased to 57 psi with no problem while the car was running.

I have also moved the hose to 4 difrent nippels on the UIM and same result on all 4 nippels. Any one got some good ideas on what it could be. Have also changed the FPR, and it's a Aeromotive A1000 FPR or what it's called. It's the red one.
