Strange clickity clickity noise when I turn the ignition
I tried searching , but I'm not sure if this is what everyone says is the problem with starting the car ... or if the clicking when trying to start the car is something more..

I'm sorry for it being so dark.. blame the sun..
I tried to crank the car to but nothing happened .. like no extra clicking sound , or even an attempt to crank , ...
Power FC says battery is at 11.8

hard to see at all there, do the vid in daylight, bu i think two things. a relay in the fusebox in enginebay, or the starter itself is having problems engaging the flywheel. Try pushing the car back a few cm and see if it engages then.
Does the sound come from the fuseboxarea or the back, by the gearbox?

That sounds like a blown relay from one of the fuse boxes. Open the relay covers and you should be able to hear and feel if it's one of them. Most likely it's either the main, or circuit relay in the box next to the shock tower
It's not a starter issue because he only has the ignition on, he never tried to crank the car. And if he did, the starter would only click once, not repeatedly.

I'll take a daylight video today when I get a chance . thanks for all the help , but I dont think its the relay box by the shock tower , because I already know whats making the sound . I just dont know what it is .
I'll show it in the video today .. but again TY .. and yeah I have other issues with starting the car LOL but that is easy this is a bit more complex.

Most likely it's the ISC cycling. If so that's totally normal.
You're probably hearing it moreso with no hood on the car.
Unplug it (white plug behind the intake manifold) and see if the sound goes away.
The ISC is sent a duty cycle by the ECU, like a fuel injector. So, to be open part way, the ISC is pulsed so it only pulls back a certain amount and lets through the appropriate amount of air.

Dale I'm hoping its that ICS thing LOL... this is a new motor swap from japan . so I forgot to mention that .
but I'm kind of curious why the ICS cycles when the key is only in the I position
you know there is the I, II , crank. positions maybe its making that sound because fuel hasn't reached the injector's yeT?

Put your ear near the dead pedal and turn the key, listen for a relay... Theres a blue one that is a culprit for the click click click start problem.
If thats it, its behind the panel.
