don't know about your problem, but I think most of us don't use the accelerated warm up. start the car with it in gear (clutch in of course) and it will disable it. I don't want my ice cold engine revving at 3k RPM

Black smoke normally means you've got too much fuel. What are the mods on the car?

well Cold intakes and a kakimoto complete exaust with the factory cat still in place the smoke disapears once the car reaches mid of the temp guage. but car still runs pig rich hurts the eyes. at accelerated warm up there is no smoke and car runs fine. car is a touring type rb auto. I am still having a little trouble with the tps can it be the cause ??? where i get perfect current the car hunts for idle even and engine keeps on surging while cruiseing
