Metal AST with stock filler neck

tri-point racing has one too that uses the stock caps. Ok I found there site and I couldn't find the AST in there parts catalog any longer. Here's there site if you want to email them or see if it can still be bought.

Tripoint's AST is not listed in the online catalog, but I know they usually have them in stock. There's a lot of stuff they carry that's not listed online. Try calling them, they're usually very helpful.

EDIT: Actually, now that I look at them, my Tripoint unit looks nearly the same as a Pettit AST, so they could be one and the same...

I have a tri-point AST and while it appears to be the same as the Pettit I found the wall thickness to be thicker and the use of the factory size filler neck. I originally had a Pettit AST on my car but moved it to the 2 3rd gen I bought and purchased a tri-point for the car I have now. It's still painted black but it will be polished soon. (-:

Ah, there's the black AST. I wish I knew about that before I bought mine. I like the black look, it blends in better with the engine bay, IMO. I bought a Pettit thru the RX-7 store which had a better price than Pettit. Go figure.
