someones gotta know this one...I had 15-16 lbs stock motor and it held to redline w/o blinking...not that, that helps you at all

I went single in early '03. I disassembled my stock turbos last Sunday afternoon. I found severe cracks throughout both hot-sides, wobbly shafts, and bearing resistance. They had 82K mi. on them.

Most, it not all the original stock turbo units need replacement by now. A nice street-fightin'-sized single turbo setup along with the paraphernalia cleanup and a streetport will keep you happy for a long time.
