Stock twin turbos
Max PSI the turbos are capable of is 27psi, although they are well beyond efficancy above 17psi.
This is what I have always read and have been told. I'm sure Majhik will arrive with the true numbers as he shares the same brainwaves as Re-Animemiya himself.

If you could sustain 18-19 psi to redline with stock twins, I'd be amazed, and they're running out of their efficiency zone at around 15 psi.

Besides a good set of Turbos, other factors such as properly funtioning solenoids, wastegate, leak proof connections and correctly plugged vacuum hose system will ensure your 13B-REW will boost 10 psi at 3K.
