Stock twin turbo oil drain

hi guys,
am looking for confirmation here in terms of the correct flange i need to buy. the hole for the stock oil drain for the twins measures about .58" ID and the stock drain flange/tube is the same .58" in size. most aftermarket flanges have a drain hole of .5" and even -10AN (used commonly for other turbos) is .48" in size. would i be ok to use an aftermarket flange without fear of killing the stock turbos due to smaller drain size? tia.
