stock turbos max psi?

stock turbos max psi?
ok, i was just wondering if this was right, i found this on a webpage...
Turbocharging Sequential twin-turbochargers, with electronic boost control
(Twin Hitachi HT12 turbos w/51mm turbine & 57mm compressor)
Turbine diameter, in. (mm) 2.0 (51)
A/R, low-speed passage 0.6 (Pry)
A/R, low- and high-speed passages 0.6 (Sec)
Compressor daimeter, in. (mm) 2.2 (57)
Maximum boost, in. (mm) Hg 22.4 (570)
Intercooler air to air, in the nose of the car
and to go from boost from in/hg====>psi you multiply by 2.036 there for max boost on stock turbo=45.6064 psi? i know efficiency drops off after about 14-15psi but was just wondering if the max boost was correct. also what do you guys think about the other info like a/r ratio, is that just about right?

22.4 mmhg converts to .433 PSI ...

The 570 in converts to 11 PSI... that makes more sense,
but what is the 570? I'm confused with what you wrote.
