Stock Turbo Weight and 99 Spec turbo Q
Does anyone have or know the weigths of the stock turbos? Couldn't find anything in a search.
And are the 99spec turbos are a direct bolt on right? Do they run the same pressure as the the stock, or are they higher?

Direct bolt on and probably weigh about 25 to 30lbs.
I've put on 3 different sets on 3 different cars and maybe it's just because the other turbos were older but expect faster spool and an additional 1 to 2 pounds of boost. You will have to retune or adj the boost.

i love you man now we can all find out exactly how much turbos weigh this is so much fun. i'm betting under 30lbs. how about i say under 30 and you say over 40 and whoever is closer can paypal the other 20.
