I need some help finding new turbos or a rebuild kit.

TurboCity.com carries rebuild kits. However, don't bother trying to rebuild them unless you have them balanced.

As far as new turbos, check RX7.com (when its working). They have the '99 spec turbos for sale for a little over $2k (they are a direct bolt on replacement).
