Stock RX-7 ?'s

Well I would like to introduce myself to this site as this is my first post .. I am a 19 year old and I previously owned a 1998 Integra GS-R, but now I have found a rediculously great deal on a rx-7... I found a 1993 RX-7 for $8500. needs some body work. My questions are, What is the stock boost, 0-60, and 1/4 ... any info would be great. thanks guys!

You could find all of these by using the search function and also...the Internet search engines.

Congratulations on the buy! You will learn to really appreciate these cars.

Search this site - These questions are asked almost every day.

Stock boost is a 10-8-10 pattern

0-60 times vary widely depending on conditions. From magazines I have see everything from 4.9-5.7

Quarter mile times are the same way. I think I have seen everything from 13.2 - 14.00 but that is just off the top of my head.

SEARCH and you will find the answer to any question you could want to know.

The turbos run sequentially, therefore there is a boost pattern when the turbos transition, the boost pattern is 10-8-10, or should be, however this seems like a rare thing to find on a rx7 these days, troubleshooting the stock sequential control system can be quite a painful and frustrating experience at times.

as far as 1/4 the lowest I have heard is 13.5

0-60 with incredible driver is said to be 4.9 i believe, correct me if i am wrong, i stress the good driver part

good luck my man, and if you decide to buy welcome.
