I just want to know if stock jdm rhd fd does have the same boost cut at 13psi-14psi that usdm have?

 

Not sure but here is the Fuel Cut chart for North American cars. I would assume all FD's have the same.

yes it does, mine is a 1992 rhd fd, i hit it once before bc install, cold day, aprox 13psi boost, not paying attention

 

iv got a JDM 96 type RS. Iv hit boost cut twice during my ownership. I hit it in
3rd gear on the first turbo once!!! not good i know but everything is still fine.
